Found randomly while looking for the sonic 2 board game i had as a child. 
if anyone can help, it wass a game kinda like screwball scramble but vertical, with a backdrop with magnets in it to go up, it was basically a reskin of an existing game, battery operated, had to get to the top of a waterfall or something

it's ok i found it. the original was by Tomy and called Kong Man, 
the sonic version was called Sonic's Mountain quest and was identical just a re-skin.
