Honestly though, I think one of the major perks to this room is that those of us who all know each other will not have to play the 'okay, which room tonight?' game. THIS will be the room, the place, the party. No more worrying about who will be around or where anyone's gonna be. This is it. If you're not at the Lumberjack Lounge, then you're either at the con or you're asleep.

Just got my plane tickets (yay AirTran sales) - coming in around noon on Thursday, and leaving around 4 pm on Sunday.

Hex, you know I'm down for some costuming action! (Retro or otherwise...) Actually, speaking of otherwise (I am so not slick), I had this idea that never came to fruition um, either last year (maybe the year before as well?) - I wanted to have a party where people came dressed in costumes inspired by their favorite Name That Tune category - what if we all just make costumes with this theme in mind... 'cause hell, we ARE the party. I know Zeiram had a pretty thorough list for me when I asked him about it awhile back - any takers on this? I figure this will give everyone the opportunity to get really creative and hilarious.

So i have a very important question relating to MAGfest. Does anyone have a spare space in their hotel room for me? I'll pay my share, of course. I just need a small corner to set a small airbed up in and pile up my beer
Also i'm thinking of coming over just before New Years, maybe like Dec 28/29 but need a place to stay. Any offers? I hate to sound all cheeky and scavvy for asking, but i'm flying to a strange foreign land all on my own once again to hang out with you guys. Cheers

Are you sticking around to go to Ohayho con again this year? If not I'd suggest hitting Buffalo pre-MAG and visiting elsewhere afterwards. Either way I should have a space in my car for you with Lauren not going, not to mention a space in my house.

That is indeed a shame. A lot of you guys I haven't seen in something like two years, and I've been looking forward to the chance to catch up with everyone, or at least just say hi.

I've had to miss a few conventions over the last three or so years, and MAGFest is the only one I ever kinda regret.

This year is looking to be really great. I'm really hoping the new hotel will work out. I'll come back and letcha all know after Nov 12th. We're having a huge Magfest Summit Meeting that I'm even flying up for. I haven't been to this place but been looking at the layout for the past couple of months...pretty epic. I've got so much work to do. I just wanted to say hi and see what's up.

pappy and I will see y'all in Buffalo for New Year's too. We're crashing yer Wilfest 2. ^_^
