I called Nintendo and spoke with one of the operators; turns out that the one "stuck pixel" is covered by that warranty and we can send it back to get fixed. much better than the PSP's 9 pixel thing. I think I'll keep the one green pixel though since it's not too bad and it goes away when the screen is a certain few colors.
