Picked Skyrim back up with my "main" character after kicking a certain dragon's ass.

Now to finally see what this Civil War hub-bub is all about...

I meant to tell Steve about some of the stuff you can download through the Steam Workshop. Specifically this mod.

To celebrate the opening of the Steam Workshop for Skyrim, Valve and Bethesda have teamed up to bring you the Portal 2 Space Core mod, which will let the aggressively space-centric little robot tag along on your adventures in Tamriel.

Also, since Skyrim was the only major release of 2011 without Nolan North in it, you should consider this mod a patch to fix that problem. You can now feel free to include Skyrim in the "Nolan North" section of your video game library, which is to say, your video game library.

After all this time, I did not know you can use the Space Core to make a new helmet

http://youtu.be/uhBiNx749Zw The guy made it on the front of Cracked with a tutorial on how to beat the hell out of everything using just your fists. I would say it's possible to do a Brock Samson run with this, but it requires heavy armor. Brock never wears armor. Still, I need to do this if I ever get back into Skyrim. I was mad I couldn't do unarmed very well in Oblivion, but here this guy is, punching Walruses, Orcs, Women, Children, Dragons, more children, Daedric, bears, more women, good times.

As neat an idea as it is,he seems to be playing on novice and his strategy of spamming daggers and bracers is no longer available so he's not so much a badass as he is largely ineffective. If you're going to be playing the PC version anyway you may as well pick up a mod or two to enhance unarmed.

If you want a more informative video concerning the unarmed badass build look into this one:http://youtu.be/8-dj26IWfJo

Something I notice neither videos talks about is the Orc's Berserker Rage which doubles damage and halves incoming damage. You'd lose out on the unarmed bonus of the beast races, but the damage shift would put an enraged Orc over a vanilla beast race and the damage resistance would help greatly for those bosses or other big enemies. I'm definitely starting a new character to play unarmed now though. Assuming it'll run for more than five minutes without freezing.

EDIT:Nearly forgot but there's also that fortify restoration->fortify alchemy bug you could use to make a broken unarmed enchantment. I'm not sure if that got patched out since I never used it,but you could theoretically make a godly monk. With some self-control you could make it not entirely broken but still strong enough to make it viable vs weapon users.
