Still working on sound things. We had some other projects to get off the comp before a full blown attack could be made. I still can't make any estimates on the time frame left.

...aw hell, what more do I need say besides FUCK YEAH, THIS MOVIE IS THE SHIZNIT. I mean, the MGS series is one of my favorites, I think Hideo Kojima is an excellent writer. It's just incredibly refreshing to see someone raining on his emotional parade though. Another job better than well done, guys.
Favorite Moment: It's a tie between Romulan Condor's scene and the Colonel's flashback from the jungle.

How is the movie coming along in terms of the last pieces that need to be put together? I just wondered because it seems like awhile ago when I paid for the movie but all good things we have to wait for. This must be one of those things.

I looked everything over today and I'm confident that I can have everything done on our end by the time AMA rolls around on June 16th. This means, that pending the arrival of the last 2 songs, Snake will be showing in it's final DVD form at AMA. Which also means that if all goes well, it should be ready for distribution by the begining of July.

I seriously hope I'm not eating these words in a month's time, but I am going to try my best to deliver for you.

I just finished the audio for a very sound-intensive scene. Ben hasn't told me exactly how many more scenes need work, but it seems like things are coming along.

Thank you everyody for being so patient thus far. I know it's been a long wait, but I refuse to release a product that is less in quality than we are capable of producing. Pretty much all that is left on the movie itself, are audio and sound effects issues. I am a HUGE stickler on sound, and especially for a Metal Gear movie, the soundtrack and effects themselves need to be top-notch... or as best as we can make them, that is.

I want this to not only be a great tribute and homage to my favorite series, but the best X-strike film yet, and one that every MGS and Video game fan can enjoy.

I promise to make this film worth your wait, and that it will be the best VG-movie to date, with the best DVD extra content as well. Thanks again!


(P.S. if you see Ben Lathan, buy him hookers as thanks for toiling so hard on this movie)
