It really is. Your lighting work was good too.

Yes indeed! We actually were able to borrow a piece of equipment from Emil (see the Decayed blog) for this shoot. Its like a 2x5 inch led battery powered led light that can be snapped onto the top of the camera. It has a bunch of gels and adjustable brightness. It can actually cast a fair amount of light, and it disperses it evenly so we don't get any hot spots in the shot. I was weeping during the shoot at the thought of how Silent Horror could have looked if we'd had one of those.

Other than that though, we discovered that this new camera just does a much better job shooting in a darker setting. For all the wide shots you're just seeing the natural lighting in the park, no augmentation on our end. Reviewing the footage it looked almost perfect to what you would see with the naked eye.
I'm out like the gout.

The main page viewer is experience some short term amnesia, so the Alan Wake short is currently unavailable for viewing. Mahoney is hard at work jogging the site's memory, and Juese is uploading the video on Youtube. In about 100 minutes you'll be able to view it there, assuming the Lords of Youtube approve of our use of liscenced music.

Haha i thought that was awesome! One thing i'd like to see in parody films, i pointed out whil my housemate was playing chapter 2 of alan wake (we're playing it in a bi-weekly episodic style) is when someone is telling the ,main character some important stuff, the character is wandering around aimlessly, spinning in circles and stuff, cause we all do it, during dialogue where we have control still, we just walk around and rotate the analogue sticks like madmen, cause we're kinda bored a little, and cause we can.At least, we do in England.

Also, Loved the epic elbow pads. The best thing about that game so far (only seen up to end of chapter 2) is the hideous, ironic kind of "classy", dress sense :)
