Cool toy: Arcade stick w/Genesis emu built-in

I have no use for this thing, personally, but I think it's cool that it exists:

There have been a few plug-n-plays recently that let you expand the library of built-in games with an SD card, but I think a six-button arcade stick is a pretty novel form factor, especially since the Genesis played host to so many great arcade conversions. Throw this thing into a hollowed-out arcade cab, along with an old tv, and you got yourself a pretty ghetto (but dirt cheap and super-easy) faux-MAME cabinet.

Here's what I'd load onto this bad boy:
SFII: Special Champion Edition
TMNT: Hyperstone Heist
Fatal Fury 2
King of the Monsters 2
Ms. Pac-Man
Samurai Shodown
Saturday Night Slam Masters
Space Harrier 2
Strider

Oh, not in Utica, no...It's an Albany expression.

That would be pretty damn neat. It's a shame I can't build a damn thing.

I guess you don't get it over there then, but all the games shops here are selling Mega Drives with a bunch of built in games, with 2 controller ports, 2 official 6 button controllers, and wait for it, a cartridge slot so you can put Mega Drive (or Genesis, the thing was never region locked) games in. Pretty cool that the Mega Drive technically got re-released in 2010. And they're only £30! I have a pile of Mega Drive games so i'm getting one. I'll also be on the lookout for good Genesis games while i'm over you guys' land.

Wil, there was a little bit of region-locking in the Mega Drive's history - some of the carts made in Japan are shaped differently so you can't just stick them into a western slot. I talked to a dealer at Otakon about it years back. Apparently the early games weren't different, but later games (i.e. Wonder Boy in Monster World 4) have the extra plastic. A couple of quick cuts to the plastic and you're in business.
