Netflix 360 troubles

Is anyone else having trouble watching Netflix on their 360? I'm having an issue when I hit "play episode/movie." I get the Netflix screen where it determines picture quality, but instead of then going to the video, it just goes back to the overview page. I've tried it with several different TV shows and movies. I restarted the XBox. I even deleted the Netflix application and reinstalled it, but I keep having the same problem. I know of at least one other person on facebook experiencing this. Has anyone else here had this problem, or have you heard of this from someone else?

does netflix have a customer service number? did you try calling that?

Apparently Netflix is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. Glad to find out I wasn't alone on this one.

We watched our first movie without problems, then this started happening around 8 p.m.

You posted the link before I could. We were about to see if the PS3 had similar problems, but gave up and just watched TV.

PS3's been giving me a problem lately: you choose your movie/tv show; the first five or ten seconds play without problem; then the screen blacks out and displays a "Retrieving" progress bar, which hangs at about a third of the way through.

At this point you must back out to the Netflix menu and choose the "Resume" option, and then it usually plays fine. I thought it was a hiccup with my Internet connection, but maybe Netflix has been having some issues with streaming across the board lately.
